A missão do Governo de Pernambuco à Dinamarca foi concebida para fortalecer a cooperação internacional e avançar o diálogo estratégico nas áreas de transição energética, logística, inovação e desenvolvimento industrial. O programa posicionou Pernambuco em contato direto com empresas e instituições dinamarquesas de referência, incluindo a European Energy, a APM Terminals, na sede da A.P. Møller–Mærsk, e o Instituto Tecnológico Dinamarquês (DTI).

A agenda combinou reuniões institucionais de alto nível, contatos comerciais e visitas técnicas, viabilizando o diálogo sobre oportunidades concretas de parceria. Seminários e apresentações realizados na Embaixada do Brasil em Copenhague destacaram as prioridades estratégicas, o ambiente de investimento e o potencial de desenvolvimento de Pernambuco.

A análise de boas práticas e a troca de conhecimentos foram elementos centrais da missão, com visitas às operações da European Energy nas proximidades do Parque Solar de Kassø, diálogos estratégicos com lideranças executivas e intercâmbios sobre pesquisa aplicada, logística e inovação industrial. O programa conectou atores dos setores público e privado e estabeleceu bases para a continuidade da cooperação e do diálogo sobre investimentos.

Government of Pernambuco Mission to Denmark

Rio Management designed and coordinated the international mission of the Government of Pernambuco, Brazil, to Denmark, with a strategic agenda focused on energy transition, industrial innovation, logistics, and international investment.

The mission combined high-level institutional meetings, engagement with leading Danish companies, visits to innovation and technology centers, and direct dialogue with strategic partners in the public and private sectors.

Key activities included bilateral meetings with Danish companies and investment funds, an institutional seminar hosted at the Embassy of Brazil in Copenhagen, technical visits to European Energy and the Danish Technological Institute, as well as a working meeting at A.P. Møller - Maersk / APM Terminals headquarters. The agenda also included official diplomatic engagements and integration activities with industry and education partners.

Rio Management was responsible for agenda design, institutional coordination, logistics, and on-the-ground support, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, stakeholders, and local partners throughout the mission.

Amazon Life Mission in Sweden

Rio Management organized the Amazon Life Conference for the Amazon Life Institute, facilitating and supporting the participation of Brazilian institutional and political leaders from the União Brasil political party in Stockholm, Sweden, within the context of the TheAmazon.Life initiative.

The mission focused on promoting dialogue around sustainability, innovation, and the future of the Amazon, connecting Brazilian stakeholders with Swedish institutions, experts, and organizations recognized for their leadership in ESG, environmental policy, and sustainable development.

Through curated sessions, institutional meetings, and networking opportunities, the mission strengthened cooperation between Brazil and the Nordic region, fostering long-term partnerships and international knowledge exchange.

Rio Management managed the mission’s coordination, agenda structuring, and local support, ensuring a seamless experience and strategic alignment with the objectives of the participating organizations.

X-Via Mission to the e-Governance Conference in Estonia

Rio Management supported X-Via on an international mission to Tallinn, Estonia, centered on participation in the e-Governance Conference 2025, one of the world’s leading global forums on digital government, public innovation, and digital transformation.

The mission aimed to strengthen international dialogue on digital public services, enable strategic connections with global digital government leaders, and showcase Brazilian public-sector technology solutions within a highly international environment.

During the conference, participants engaged in curated meetings, expert sessions, and networking opportunities with policymakers, technologists, and practitioners from governments and institutions around the world.

Rio Management provided mission coordination, logistical support, and institutional facilitation, ensuring effective participation and meaningful engagement throughout the event.
